What it reads
Named sources, not "AI".

- The area is taken from where the location actually draws from, rather than from a postcode.
What you get
- A profile of the area each location serves.
- How your locations differ from one another, which is usually more useful than any single figure.
The decision it feeds: Whether a location is underperforming or simply sitting in a smaller market, and where a new location has demand to support it.
What it cannot see
Every Vicin page carries this section. It is not an afterthought and it is not hidden.
- United States today. Where a country has no equivalent public source, this reports nothing rather than a substitute — the page says so, and the rest of Vicin still works.
- Census data describes residents, not customers. It is context for a decision, not a customer list.
- The most recent published figures are always somewhat behind the present.
