What are people saying?

Reviews and ratings over time, per location, and the themes inside them — because thirty reviews saying the same thing is a finding, not thirty findings.

What it reads

Named sources, not "AI".

  • Google reviews and ratings for each location, over time.
  • The text of those reviews, grouped by what they are actually about.

What you get

  • Reviews that appear to breach Google’s review policies — flagged with the reason, so you can decide whether to report them.
  • Rating and review volume per location, with movement and its dates.
  • The themes customers raise, and which locations they concentrate in.

The decision it feeds: Which location has an operational problem worth acting on, and whether a rating change is one bad month or a trend.

What it cannot see

Every Vicin page carries this section. It is not an afterthought and it is not hidden.

  • Vicin reads reviews. It does not write, reply to, request or remove them.
  • A theme drawn from a handful of reviews is stated as such. Vicin says when there are not enough to be worth acting on.
  • Reviews on platforms you have not connected are not counted, and the page says which those are.
