Vicin at a glance
What is Vicin?
Vicin brings website, Google Search and Google Ads data into one account for each business. Its screens help you examine traffic, search visibility, leads, paid performance and spending. See how Vicin works.
What makes Vicin different from a regular analytics dashboard?
Vicin brings traffic, Google Search, leads and ad spending into one business view without pretending they are the same measurement. Trends shows changes over time, Where my money goes places known costs beside outcomes, and Area & nearby adds local context. These are places to investigate, not proof of what caused a result.
Do I need to be an SEO or analytics expert to use Vicin?
No. You connect your sources, match them to a business and use the screens to inspect traffic, search, leads and spending without building the reports yourself. Each source still has limits, so check the evidence before making an important decision.
Does Vicin replace Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Ads?
No. Those Google products remain the sources of their own figures. Vicin reads the accounts you connect, organizes the evidence by business and adds context across its screens. You still manage your campaigns and source accounts in Google.
Who is Vicin for?
Vicin is built for small businesses, multi-location companies, marketing agencies and freelance marketers. An agency can keep each client business separate in one account; a company can do the same for its locations.
Does Vicin make changes to my website or Google accounts?
Vicin does not edit your website pages or Google Ads campaigns. An authorized user can change a connected Google Business Profile and reply to its reviews from Vicin. Vicin sends those changes to Google when the user confirms them.
Tools and results
Where do my website visitors come from?
Acquisition shows sessions by channel and source from Google Analytics 4. Referrals identifies outside websites that send visits. These are recorded visits, not a measure of why someone chose to visit.
What can I see about my Google Search performance?
Search uses Search Console to show clicks, impressions, queries, pages and changes in search visibility. Search Console runs about three days behind, and Google may withhold rare queries.
Can Vicin tell me exactly why traffic or rankings changed?
Trends compares completed months with earlier periods, and Rank Trends tracks Search Console positions over a year. They show when movement happened and how it compares with history; neither proves a single cause.
Which website pages need attention?
Website Behavior checks pages with enough Google Analytics sessions for high bounce or low engagement against fixed rules. It marks pages worth investigating, but cannot know why a particular visitor left.
What counts as a lead in Vicin?
In Leads & Conversions, you choose which Google Analytics key events count as leads. Vicin excludes automatic events by default, so a page view or form start does not automatically become a lead.
Can I see what my ad spending produces?
Paid Campaigns shows Google Ads spend and results. Where my money goes places known costs beside measured outcomes. A budget you enter is a target, not recorded spend. See spending analysis.
Can I compare paid and organic performance?
Yes. Where my money goes places known Google Ads spending beside outcomes such as paid conversions, organic clicks, leads and sessions. The figures keep their original source and definition, so an organic click is not treated as an ad result. See spending analysis.
What can I learn about the area around my business?
Area & nearby uses public Census figures and mapped nearby places to describe the area around a business. It describes the area, not your actual customers. See the area analysis.
Can Vicin show what to expect next month?
Next-Month Expectations uses history and seasonal patterns to estimate the coming month. It needs at least six months of data and shows a confidence label. A forecast is not a guarantee. See Trends.
AI analysis
Where does Vicin use AI?
Today the Paid Ads audit is Vicin's model-backed analysis. Vicin calculates the figures; after the account owner agrees, Anthropic ranks and explains the audit findings. Website Behavior, Trends and change comparisons also analyze data, but they use Vicin's defined calculations and rules rather than an AI model.
What does the Paid Ads audit check?
The audit reads the last 90 days of one Google Ads account, covering campaigns, budgets, conversions, keywords, ads and search terms. An eligible business can complete one audit every 30 days. See Paid Ads.
Can the AI audit make mistakes?
Yes. An AI explanation or recommendation can be wrong. Review the evidence before changing a campaign, budget or business decision.
Connections and data
Can I connect more than one Google account?
Yes. You can connect several Google logins for the same source or different sources. Your Analytics property, Search Console site and Google Ads account do not need to sit under one login. Connect the account that has access to each asset, even when an agency and its client use different logins.
What is the difference between connecting Google and matching a business?
Connecting a Google account lets Vicin find the assets that login can access. In Edit location, the account owner then chooses which Analytics property, Search Console site and Google Ads account belong to a saved business. Connecting alone does not choose those assets for every business.
Which data sources does Vicin use?
Website and lead screens read Google Analytics 4; search screens read Search Console; paid screens read Google Ads. Area & nearby uses public Census data. Local (GBP), Local Grid and Reputation depend on Business Profile data.
Can I manage more than one business or client?
Yes. One account can hold multiple businesses or client locations. You can switch between them and match each business to its own Google properties. The monthly price follows the number of active businesses.
Can other people on my team use my Vicin account?
Yes, when your plan has another team seat. The account owner invites a member from Team, and that person sets their own password. The owner controls Google connections, businesses, team membership and Billing. Plans for up to 10 businesses include three seats; plans above 10 include five. See team seats by plan.
What can Full and Review team members do?
Vicin is adding two team access levels. Full will let a member do everything the account owner can except manage Billing. That includes creating and adding businesses, replying to reviews, and running audits. Review will let a member view the account without making changes.
What happens when Vicin does not have enough data?
Vicin shows a dash or an insufficient-data message instead of turning an unknown measurement into zero. Check that the source is connected and matched to the business. Some analyses also need enough history before they can calculate a result.
Why is a screen empty?
First check whether its data source is connected and matched to that business in Edit location. A new connection can take up to a day to produce its first reading. Some periods have no matching records; contact Vicin if the screen stays empty.
Why do Vicin and Google show different totals?
Google Analytics sessions and Search Console clicks measure different actions. Consent, tagging, attribution and date windows can also change the totals. Vicin keeps each provider's definitions instead of forcing the numbers to match.
Pricing and support
How much does Vicin cost?
Plans start at $39 a month for one active business. The price rises by active business count; paid plans include the same product features, while business capacity and team seats vary. See current prices.
When does the free trial start?
The 14-day trial starts when you connect your first Google account, not when you register. You do not need a card to start, and Vicin does not charge during the trial. See trial details.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
If you subscribed during the trial, your payment method is charged when the trial ends unless you cancelled first. Without a subscription, access locks but your businesses, connections and history remain. The owner can subscribe to continue. A failed first payment also locks access until payment is resolved.
How does adding another business affect my subscription?
Connecting another Google account does not add a business to your bill. An active business you save uses a plan slot. If a new business moves a paid account into a higher standard price band, Vicin shows the new monthly price and any charge for the rest of the current period, then asks the owner to agree before saving. During the trial, nothing is charged. Above 100 businesses, pricing is by custom quote. See current prices.
Can I cancel my subscription?
The account owner can cancel in Billing. Vicin stops future renewals and keeps access until the paid period ends. Cancelling does not delete saved account data. Read the Terms.
Can I get a refund?
Unless your purchase terms say otherwise, paid charges are non-refundable except where law requires a refund. For a duplicate charge or billing dispute, contact Vicin.
Does Vicin sell my data?
No. Vicin does not sell personal information or Google user data. The Privacy Notice explains what Vicin reads, stores and shares to run the service.
How do I contact Vicin?
