What Vicin connects to

Your accounts stay yours. Vicin reads them with your permission, and writes nothing back to any of them.

Connections are set up per customer when Vicin opens. Nothing here can be connected today.

Google Business Profile

How it connects: You sign in to Google and approve access. Vicin then lists the locations that account is authorised to manage, and you pick the ones you want tracked.
What it reads: Call button clicks, website clicks, direction requests, and how often each location appeared on Search and on Maps.
What it writes: Nothing. Vicin does not edit your listing, post to it, or reply to reviews.

Google Ads

How it connects: The same Google sign-in, with the ad accounts you choose to include.
What it reads: Spend, clicks and conversions by campaign, and the areas each campaign served.
What it writes: Nothing. No bid, budget or campaign is ever changed by Vicin.

Google Analytics

How it connects: The same Google sign-in, per property.
What it reads: What visitors did after they reached your site, and which visits were counted as conversions in your own setup.
What it writes: Nothing.

Search Console

How it connects: The same Google sign-in, per verified site.
What it reads: The searches your site appeared in, the position it held, and the clicks that followed.
What it writes: Nothing.

Local search results

How it connects: Nothing to connect. Vicin measures these for the locations you save.
What it reads: Your position across a grid of points around each location, and which businesses appear where you do not.
What it writes: Nothing. These are searches, not changes.

US Census

How it connects: Nothing to connect. Public data.
What it reads: Population, income and housing for the area each location serves.
What it writes: Nothing.

Not connected, and not planned quietly

Vicin does not read email, CRM systems, phone systems, point of sale, social scheduling tools or anything offline. If that changes, it will be on this page before it is in the product.
