MARKETING PERFORMANCE INTELLIGENCE

See what your marketing produced, and what changed behind it.

Vicin reads website activity, organic search, Google Business Profile interactions, referrals, rankings, advertising, location comparisons, and measured cost together. Start with the result, then follow the change into the source, page, query, place, or cost record behind it.

Product views use fictional demo data.

WHY PERFORMANCE NEEDS CONTEXT

A traffic drop does not tell you what needs attention.

Sessions can fall while search impressions hold. Rankings can rise while conversions fall. Google Business Profile actions can improve while website visits decline. One location can weaken while the portfolio total looks stable.

Vicin connects those measurements so you can find where the movement begins before reacting to one number.

WHAT CHANGES FOR THE USER

Move from a metric change to a defensible next check.

Performance keeps the business result, supporting evidence, and measurement limits in the same review.

See the whole measurable journey

Follow visibility into clicks, website activity, page engagement, defined actions, location differences, and measured cost without collapsing them into one unexplained score.

Find the first signal that moved

Open the channel, referral, geography, query, page, ranking, or Google Business Profile record behind a top-level change.

Compare locations on a fair basis

Compare only eligible locations you manage in the same city and state with the same Google Business Profile primary category.

Use guidance without surrendering judgment

Review the evidence and limits behind a finding or Budget Guidance card. Vicin supports the decision and leaves the action with you.

ONE CONNECTED PERFORMANCE STORY

Follow the change through the customer journey.

Each stage answers a different business question. Reading them together shows where the relationship changes.

  1. VISIBILITY

    Were you seen?

Search impressions, ranking movement, and Google Business Profile impressions show where discovery started.

  2. ACQUISITION

Did visibility produce a visit or direct action?

Organic clicks, paid clicks, referrals, channels, and Google Business Profile interactions show how people reached or contacted the business.

  3. WEBSITE ACTIVITY

    What happened after arrival?

Sessions, engagement, landing pages, channel-to-page relationships, and friction signals show what visitors did on the site.

  4. MEASURED ACTION

Did activity reach a defined outcome?

Google Analytics 4 key events, lead sessions, tracked lead actions, and ad conversions report the actions each connected source recorded.

  5. COST AND GUIDANCE

What did the measured result cost?

Service cost, actual Google Ads cost, cost per outcome, and Budget Guidance place the evidence beside the spending question.

ACQUISITION, REFERRALS, AND GEOGRAPHY

Find where the movement started.

A change in sessions can begin in one channel, one referring site, or one market.

Acquisition separates channel, source, medium, users, sessions, conversion events, and movement against an equal prior period. Referrals isolate outside sites and the landing pages they reached.

Geography breaks measured website activity down by city, region or state, and country. The location is an aggregated Analytics dimension, not a precise customer address.

FINDINGS WITH THE EVIDENCE ATTACHED

Vicin analyzes measurements, not motives.

Performance does not stop at a chart. Several views identify patterns, surface opportunities, and organize the record worth reviewing.

Website Behavior findings

Friction Signals show the page, measurement, threshold, and traffic behind each flag. Channel-to-page findings separate high engagement rates from the largest engaged audience.

Search and experiment signals

CTR Opportunities identify high-impression queries with below-average click-through rates. SEO Experiments compare equal windows at 14, 28, and 90 days and label the result without claiming cause.

Missing evidence stays visible

A failed or disconnected source does not erase the other measurements. A capped list, withheld query, missing baseline, or unread comparison is identified before Vicin draws a conclusion.

THE PERFORMANCE WORKSPACE

Twelve views, each answering a different question.

The overview finds the movement. The detailed views show where it came from, what happened next, and what the measured result cost.

COMPARE AND PRICE

Location Comparison and Where my money goes

Compare eligible locations you manage, then place service cost and actual Google Ads cost beside measured actions from the same period.

LOCATION COMPARISON

Find the location behind the portfolio change.

A company total can hide one local outlier. Vicin compares locations only when they belong in the same operating group.

The selected location and peer locations must be active, managed by the same customer, in the same city and state, and use the same Google Business Profile primary category. The comparison needs at least two eligible peers.

The table keeps all twenty measurements visible. It reports the peer average, median or range and the location count. When comparable evidence is missing, the selected value stays visible and the reason is stated.

COST AND BUDGET GUIDANCE

Put cost beside the result before changing the budget.

Where my money goes compares customer-entered service cost and actual Google Ads cost with measured activity from the same selected period.

Cost per tracked lead action, organic click, Google Business Profile call button click, paid conversion, and session keep the formula and source beside the number.

Budget Guidance compares settled periods for SEO and Local service and Paid Ads. Each card states the performance, guidance, evidence, and limits. It never changes the budget.

MORE THAN TOP-LINE REPORTING

Analysis continues after the overview.

Performance connects with the parts of Vicin that add customer feedback, local context, summary reporting, and a clearer next review.

Findings that show their work

Website Behavior, Search, SEO Experiments, and Budget Guidance attach the measurement basis to the finding or guidance.

Review Performance analysis

Customer feedback and reputation

Reputation analysis adds review score, volume, pace, recurring themes, and response activity when customer feedback changes the performance question.

See Reputation

Reporting for owners and clients

The How am I doing? panel compares last month and last year across connected sources. Monthly reporting carries the source, result, and unavailable evidence into one review.

WHO PERFORMANCE IS FOR

One evidence record, four different jobs.

The same measurements answer different questions for the owner, portfolio manager, agency team, and independent marketer.

Multi-location businesses

Find the outlier behind a portfolio average and compare it only with locations that share the same city and business category.

Marketing agencies

Prepare client reviews around the business question, supporting measurements, limits, and the next check instead of a stack of disconnected exports.

Freelance marketers

Reduce source switching and preserve the evidence behind each recommendation before the next client conversation.

WHY VICIN

Seeing the metric is only the beginning.

Vicin keeps the business question, source evidence, interpretation, and limits together.

One business, not separate channel stories
Paid, organic, local, referral, website, ranking, and cost records stay distinct, but they can be reviewed against the same business and date range.
A finding you can verify
Friction flags, search opportunities, experiment signals, and guidance show the measurement or rule behind the result.
Comparison with a qualification
Location results use a defined internal cohort. Missing peers or unread sources stay visible instead of becoming a market average.
A next check, not an automatic decision
Vicin points to the record worth reviewing. The business, marketer, or agency decides what to change.

PERFORMANCE QUESTIONS

What customers ask before using Performance

The answers below define what the current Performance area measures and how to read it.

Which sources does Performance read?

Performance reads connected Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads records, plus Vicin measurements built from those records and customer-entered cost.

Does a conversion or lead action mean a new customer?

No. Vicin reports the key events, lead sessions, tracked lead actions, and ad conversions defined in the connected source. Those measurements do not prove that one person became a customer or produced a sale.

Does Vicin explain why performance changed?

Vicin analyzes measured relationships and patterns. It can identify the channel, page, query, location, period, or cost record that changed, but it does not claim causal proof or infer a visitor's motive.

How does Location Comparison choose peers?

It uses active locations managed by the same customer in the same city and state with the same Google Business Profile primary category. The selected location needs at least two eligible peers before Vicin calculates the comparison.

What does Budget Guidance recommend?

It compares settled periods for SEO and Local service and Paid Ads, then reports the measured direction, supporting evidence, and limitations. It does not change a budget or issue an automatic spending decision.

Where does customer feedback fit?

Reputation analyzes available review score, volume, pace, recurring themes, and response activity. The Local view also reports available Google Business Profile review totals. Vicin keeps that evidence distinct rather than blending it into an unexplained score.

What happens when a source or comparison is unavailable?

The missing result stays unavailable and the reason remains visible. Other readable sources can still report their own measurements. Vicin does not turn missing evidence into zero.
